Covid undoubtedly had sweeping effects on education across the globe. Now that the dust has settled, we are starting to see the extent of those effects and what changes the future might hold.
The prolonged period of online schooling made it difficult for students to grasp core concepts that are essential to success in subsequent classes. Luckily, we’ve seen that tutoring can easily help bridge these gaps in understanding. The advent of online education has fortunately allowed us the unique opportunity to help students across the country that would normally be outside our reach. We have resumed in-person tutoring, and continue to offer online sessions as well, allowing for extra availability and flexibility for scheduling.
In regards to higher education, it seemed as if the SAT and ACT were being phased out completely. Recently, however, colleges have started to reverse their test-blind and test-optional policies, citing data that show these tests are in fact firm indicators of success at the next level of education. Our test prep programs continue to show stellar results and improvements, and our tutors are experts at tailoring prep to meet the needs of each student.
Lastly, we want to congratulate all our recent alumni, who have been accepted to prestigious universities such as: Berkeley, Cornell, Dartmouth, Gonzaga, LMU, LSU, SMU, TCU, UCLA, and USC to name a few. We look forward to their continued success, and the success of all our current students!
